Description
This service range, built around 1840, is located about 5 yards north-west of Treago. It is constructed from sandstone rubble with sandstone dressings and features a Welsh slate roof. The building has a rectangular plan that runs roughly north to south and stands two storeys high.
The east elevation displays a pattern of windows arranged in a 2:1:1:1 configuration, featuring casements. To the left of the centre, there is a gablet that contains a narrow loop-like window, while to the right, a gable front includes a 4-light casement on the first floor and a 3-light casement on the ground floor. There are three entrances: one to the left under a fanlight, another with a 4-centred head beneath the gablet, and a third with a transom light to the left of the gable front. The service range occupies a prominent position next to Treago and is included for its group value.
