Description

This is a farmhouse, likely dating from the 17th century, but significantly altered and extended in the early to mid-19th century. It's constructed from sandstone rubble with Welsh slate roofs, and features an external chimney with a detached shaft to the left. The building has a roughly rectangular layout, with the main front facing south-east, and return wings filling in the sides. A cellar is present, and the house has two storeys. The south-east elevation has three windows: segmentally-headed, 3-light casements from the early 19th century, except for a late 20th-century French window on the right-hand side. A late 20th-century glazed door is located to the left of the centre. An extension is situated beyond the ridge stack on the right, and a granary extension is at the rear on the left.
