Description

KENTCHURCH CP - SO 42 NW 5/14 Cartshed approximately 3 m north-west of Bannut Tree Farmhouse

Cartshed with granary over. C18 or C19. Sandstone rubble with part- hipped Welsh slate roof. Rectangular building aligned north-west/south- east of two storeys with two segmental headed cart entrances to north-west end, to right of external stone staircase, two to centre of north-east side (to foldyard) and one square headed window opening and segmental headed doorway to left of stair. Upper floor has square headed openings flanking doorway and brick nesting boxes and ledges below eaves to far left and far right; three rows of five nesting boxes, 2-light window open- ing to north-west end.
