Description
This is a cartshed with a granary above, dating from the 18th or 19th century. It is constructed from sandstone rubble and features a part-hipped Welsh slate roof. The building is rectangular and two storeys high, aligned north-west to south-east. At the north-west end, there are two segmental-headed cart entrances, located to the right of an external stone staircase. The north-east side has two additional segmental-headed cart entrances leading to the foldyard, along with one square-headed window opening and a segmental-headed doorway to the left of the staircase. On the upper floor, there are square-headed openings flanking the doorway, with brick nesting boxes and ledges below the eaves at both ends. There are three rows of five nesting boxes and a 2-light window opening at the north-west end.
