Farmhouse. Late C16 core, altered during C18 and extended during early C19, further C20 alterations. Former timber-framed house largely refaced, altered and extended using sandstone rubble; Welsh slate roof. Rectangular plan aligned east/west facing south with early C19 extension to east end. Central axial stack and west gable-end external stack. Single storey and attic. South front: one 2-light casement window in half-dormer to left and two 2-light C20 dormer windows to right (of central axial stack). Small light 2-light casement window below eaves to left. Ground floor has two 2- light casement windows to left of a part-glazed ledged door. Further 2-light casement windows with segmental heads frame square headed second doorway with similar door to right. C19 extension further to right with segmental headed doorway to left of external stone stair leading to loft entrance. Interior reveals former close-studded external wall to north obscured to exterior by later minor accretions, chamfered cross-beamed ceiling in lower left room and large open fireplace with chamfered jambs. Interior of C19 addition to right retains cider mill and press.
