Out building about 15 yards north-west of Lillands

Cider house, now store. Probably early C18 with mid-C19 extensions. Timber- frame, brick-cased with tiled roof. Rectangular plan of three timber-framed bays extended by one bay at each end and aligned north-east/south-west. Two levels. Main south-east elevation towards Lillands (qv): two 4-paned mid-C19 windows under segmental heads, one to the left and one to the extreme right hand side; double door to extreme left; two ledged doors roughly central with steps between leading down to cellar; window with strap-hinged door to right of centre and two ledged doors (now covered by glazed late C20 link) further to right. Interior: left end wall of timber-framed part, visible from room entered by left hand double doors, has square panelling; right hand end wall of timber-framed part has V-struts from collar supported by vertical posts; the two trusses between are of light scantling and have cranked principals running into pegged collars supporting V-struts.
