Outbuilding about 20 yards east of Bodenham Court Farmhouse

Outbuilding, possibly once a cider mill. Late C17 or early C18. Timber- framed with brick infill on sandstone rubble base with slate roof. Four framed bays aligned east/west. Two levels. Framing: mainly three rows of square panels; collar and tie-beam truss with three struts at west end, interrupted tie-beam truss at east end. The south elevation has a square loft opening and a stable door. There are three lower-level windows in the north elevation and a semi-circular rubble projection. At the west end there is a loft opening and a large doorway and at the east end external sandstone steps lead up to a loft door. A five-bay lean-to shed on timber posts with sandstone rubble end walls adjoins the south elevation.
