Description
Lugg Bridge, located in Lugwardine, is a road bridge that likely dates back to the 14th century. It underwent repairs in 1409 and 1464, with early 20th-century alterations to the parapets. The bridge was widened in the 1960s, during which the south side was largely rebuilt. It features three spans across the River Lugg, with the north side displaying a central semi-circular arch flanked by outer pointed arches. Cutwaters are present on the piers, and there is ribbing on the soffit of the two western arches.
