Description

This barn, dating from the 18th century, is located approximately 20 meters east of Manor Farmhouse in Fownhope. It features a combination of timber framing with a sandstone plinth, brick infill, and a tiled roof. The structure consists of four bays arranged in an east-west orientation, with a threshing floor situated to the right of the center. It is flanked by lean-tos that project forward and have catslide roofs. The barn is included in the listing for its group value.
