Description

This barn, located approximately 25 metres south-west of Fawley Court, dates from the 17th century and was altered in the 20th century. It features a timber frame with a sandstone plinth, a pantiled roof, and weatherboard cladding. The structure consists of six bays aligned east to west, with a central projecting gabled porch. Additionally, two later stone bays have been added to the east end. The barn has inclined strut trusses without collars, and the roof shows signs of some fire damage.
