MARSTOW CP SO 52 SW 5/102 Barn about 60 yards north-north-east of Trebandy Farmhouse

GV II

Barn. Probably C17 and C18 with later alterations. Sandstone rubble, timber- frame and weatherboards with corrugated iron roofs. L-plan with one arm of seven bays extending eastwards and one of three bays northwards. South elevation has central gabled and weatherboarded porch with two-leaved ledged doors and a single row of vent loops to either side. East elevation has central opposed entry to north/south range with two vent loops to left-hand side. Interior has two bays of square-panelled timber-frames to south wall of seven-bay part. Trusses have raking struts from ties to principals. Included for group value.
