Description
Trebandy Farmhouse is a farmhouse that likely dates from the early 17th century, with early 19th century and later alterations. It is constructed from painted and rendered sandstone rubble, topped with a hipped Welsh slate roof and rendered stacks. The building has a rectangular plan, with the entrance facing south. It features a cellar and has two to three storeys.
The south elevation has two storeys and three windows, which are glazing bar sashes. There is a central late 20th century door and a dentilled eaves cornice. The west elevation has three storeys and three windows, with chamfered mullions and moulded labels, featuring three and four lights, some of which are blocked. The cellar includes similar mullioned windows, with one four-light window to the left, two two-light windows to the right, and a segmental headed entry to the left of centre. The interior has not been inspected.
