Description
This granary, located about 15 yards south of Llanfrother, is likely from the 18th century. It is constructed of roughly coursed sandstone rubble with sandstone dressings and features a pantile roof. The building has two bays oriented north-west to south-east and consists of two levels.
On the north gable, there is a ground floor doorway with a three-centred head positioned to the right. To the left, spiral tallet stairs lead up to a central ledged door that accesses the loft. The south-west elevation includes a central ground floor opening with a cambered head. The north-east elevation is integrated into the garden walls to the south of Llanfrother. Inside, there is a single truss with a collar. This granary is included for its group value.
