Description
This building is an outhouse located about 10 metres west of Riversdale. It dates from the late 17th century, with some alterations made in the late 19th century. The structure is timber-framed with rendered infill on a coursed rubble ground floor and has a tiled roof. It features three framed bays that are aligned east to west, with a gable-end stack made of rubble on the eastern gable. The south front has two storeys, with three single-light casements above two 2-light casements. The entrance is located in the east gable end and consists of a ledged and boarded door. The framing includes two square panels high to the first floor. Note that Riversdale itself is not included in this listing.
