Description
This building is an outbuilding located 10 meters to the northwest of Uplands, likely dating from the 18th century. Originally stables, it now houses a swimming pool. The structure features a timber frame with painted brick infill set on a rubble plinth, topped with a plain tiled roof. It has a long rectangular shape consisting of about 10 irregularly framed bays. There are two stable doors at either end, along with some smaller windows. Off-centre to the left, there are large 20th-century doors, and the upper level has perforated brick vents. This outbuilding is included in the listing primarily for its group value.
