Wash house, now tack room. Probably late C18 to early C19. Timber-frame with brick infill, tiled roof and side stack. Two structural bays. One storey. Wrought iron 3-light casement to left of centre and ledged door with pilasters to right. Frame is of very light scantling, three panels high from cill to wall-plate, triple angle struts to gables. Interior centre truss has raking struts from collar to principals; brick fireplace. Included for group value.
