3/35 Llandinabo Farmhouse

Farmhouse. Probably late C17 with later alterations. Coursed sandstone rubble, sandstone dressings, hipped Welsh slate roof and stone end stacks. Cellars, two storeys and attic, five bays, glazing bar sashes and three gabled dormers, raised stone string between ground and first floors, pro- jecting keystones to ground floor heads, wooden eaves cornices, central early C19 porch supported by two plain columns probably glazed in late C20 with C20 inner and outer doors. To the rear right is a part timber-framed wing, probably late C17 or C18 and a former granary, with tallet stairs rising to an ex situ (?) studded and nailed door, extending east from rear portion of farmhouse which has a sandstone rubble ground floor and timber- framed first floor with brick infill. Interior of front part contains a re-positioned late C17 staircase with a dog-gate at the bottom made from C17 balusters (RCHM Vol I, p 167).
