Description

The Bevan Monument, located about one yard south of the nave of the Church of St Junabius, is a chest tomb dedicated to James Bevan, who died in 1773. It is made of finely cut sandstone and features a moulded base, a curved hipped moulded capping, and outwardly inclined side panels. The corners of the inscription panels are adorned with fan motifs.
