Description

The entrance gates, piers, and railings to Cathedral Close in Hereford date from the late 19th century to the early 20th century. They are made of cast iron and feature double gates that are flanked by single gates that are not hung. The ornamental piers have pierced mitre finials and are accompanied by matching railings.
