Description
This building, located 10 metres to the west of Number 11 Broad Street in Leominster, is a cottage and workshop, now used as a store. It likely dates from the 18th century and incorporates an earlier structure. The building features a timber-frame and brick construction with a plain tile roof, along with a brick ridge stack and a lateral stack. It is two storeys high with an attic and has two paired sliding sash windows in the dormer above a workshop window. There are various entrances, and the south gable includes a 9-pane light set under a segmental arch. The west front and south gable display 17th-century timber-framing with brick infill, and there is a workshop light located under a prentice board. The interior has not been inspected, but there may be a connection to the leather-working industry.
