Description
This outbuilding, located 15 metres south of Number 17 on West Street in Leominster, is a 17th-century structure that has undergone some alterations. It is constructed from sandstone rubble, brick, and timber-frame with weatherboarding, topped by a steep-pitched plain tile roof. The building is single storey with an attic and features various openings and entrances, including two gable dormers—one with a fixed light and the other blocked. The exposed frame-posts and massive purlins at the gables are notable architectural details. The interior has not been inspected, and Number 17 is not included in this listing.
