Description
This early 19th century property comprises three houses on Church Street in Leominster. The building is constructed of brick, with a 20th century composite tile roof, hipped on the right-hand side. It has two brick axial stacks facing the front.
The building is three storeys high, with a cellar, and has a five-window front. The windows are predominantly 6/6 sashes, with a 6-pane light to the left, set within an altered opening and surrounded by decorative stucco keyblocks. Above, there are further 6/6 sashes. A recessed stucco panel is also visible. The eaves are detailed with brick modillion decoration. The entrance to the left features an enriched 5-panel door with a margin-glazed overlight, all within round-headed reveals and sheltered by a moulded wooden open pediment supported on panelled pilasters. A late 19th century shop front is present, featuring recessed half-glazed panelled doors and overlights, alongside canted windows with ringed glazing shafts and enriched spandrels, all under a moulded fascia-board with stop-consoles on rusticated stucco pilasters. To the right is an early 20th century shop front, incorporating glazed panelled double doors in a canted return, and windows with moulded glazing shafts. A deep fascia-board is positioned on a panelled pillar and pilaster. The right-hand return side displays a tier of 6/6 sashes under enriched stucco lintels, alongside a recessed stucco panel, brick modillion eaves, and a returned shop front. The interior of the property has not been inspected.
