Description

This is a 17th-century barn located approximately 15 meters north of Lower Mowley. It is timber-framed and features weatherboard cladding, with a small number of panels of woven infill still intact. The roof is made of corrugated asbestos. The barn has four bays that are aligned east to west, with a threshing floor entrance situated east of the center. The structure includes four square panels extending from the sill to the wall-plate, two struts supporting the collar, and two rows of purlins.
