Description

This building is a garage located about 10 metres south of Arrow Lawn Cottage. It was originally a barn from the 17th century, with some alterations made in the mid-20th century. The structure features a timber frame with rendered infill set on a coursed rubble plinth, topped by a graduated stone tile roof. It consists of three framed bays arranged east to west, with a central threshing floor. The north front has a central pair of sliding doors. The framing includes three square panels high with straight angle braces. The gable-end trusses each have two collars and multiple struts.
