Description
No. 19 Bridge Street is a house dating from the early 19th century. It is built of coursed stone rubble and has a Welsh slate roof, with dressed stone end stacks and a brick stack at the rear. The house has two storeys and features a three-window range with 8/8 sash windows set under dressed stone flat arches. The central entrance includes a part-glazed six-panel door located in a porch that has a lead awning roof. On either side of the entrance are late 19th-century canted bay windows, which contain 1/1, 2/2, and 1/1 sash windows, all under slate pentice roofs. On the right side of the house, there is a 6/6 sash window above a 19th-century six-moulded-panel door, which has an overlight and sidelight, situated in an altered opening beneath an iron lintel.
