Description

Rosemary is a cottage likely dating from the late 17th to early 18th century, with later alterations. It is timber-framed with plaster infill, and has a sandstone slate roof with a sandstone rubble and brick end stack. The cottage has a rectangular, three-bay plan aligned east/west. It is one storey with an attic. The south elevation features two gabled dormers added in the late 20th century, each with a two-light casement window. The ground floor has four similar casement windows, two on either side of a late 20th century glazed gabled porch which contains a glazed door. Internally, the cottage has heavy ceiling beams.
