Description

This building comprises a shop and dwelling with an 18th-century front built onto a 17th-century core. The exterior is roughcast with a Welsh slate roof featuring a central gable. The two-story structure has an attic and a two-window front. On the left is a 6/6 sash window within a broad surround. The right-hand window is a tripartite design with a 6:12:6 pattern, featuring a semi-circular head within a moulded architrave; the eaves have boarded soffits. A small gable above contains a 20th-century two-light casement window and weatherboarding. A shop front from the early 20th century features part-glazed double doors. To the left is a 20th-century door, and to the right, a plank door, all beneath a moulded wood fascia board with a hood. Inside, exposed ceiling beams are visible.
