Description

Whistle Field is a house from the 18th century, constructed of painted sandstone rubble with a thatched roof. It is a single-depth building aligned north-west to south-east, facing south-west. The house features an external stack at the north-west gable end and has a left-of-centre entrance. It is a single storey with an attic, which includes a left-of-centre eyebrow dormer that has a 2-light glazing bar casement window. Similar windows are located on either side of a ledged door that is topped with a canopy.
