It features a timber-frame structure with wattle-and-daub infill set on a coursed rubble plinth, and the front is finished in brick. The roof is covered with graduated stone tiles. The house consists of two framed bays aligned east to west, with a rubble stack at the east gable.
The south front has two storeys and includes two windows, both of which are 2-light casements. The ground floor windows have segmental heads. To the left of the centre, there is an entrance that features a gabled canopy made of stone slates, supported by a wooden architrave, leading to a ledged and boarded door. The framing of the building consists of three square panels high. Inside, there are exposed beams.
