Description
Green Farmhouse is a late 17th-century farmhouse that has undergone some mid-19th century alterations and was partly rebuilt after a fire around 1947. The building features a timber frame that is entirely roughcast and has a machine-tile roof. It consists of two parallel ranges that are aligned east to west. There are lateral stacks on the north and south walls, with the northern stack made of rubble and a brick shaft, while the southern stack is constructed of brick. The east front of the farmhouse has two storeys and two gables. It includes two windows, both of which are 3-light casements, with 4-light casements located below. The entrance is positioned to the left of the center and features a panelled door beneath a gabled tiled canopy. Inside, some ceiling beams are exposed.
