The address shall be amended to read: Barn approximately 50m north-east of Hill Farmhouse The description shall read as follows:

Barn. C17. Timber-framed with sandstone plinth with part woven infill and part weatherboard cladding. Welsh slate roof to front, artificial-slate roof to rear. Five bays with left of centre gabled porch. Three struts to collar and V-struts.
