Cottage. C17, with C20 alterations. Timber-frame and plaster on rubble plinth; plain tile roof; massive rubble stack and bread-oven with C20 brick chimney, to left gable. 2-bay plan, with C20 timber-framed cross-wing to right. 2 storeys; single-window range: C20 horizontal casement; C20 3-light casement flanked by 2 smaller C20 casements. Left returned side: panel dated 1647 AD. Rear: C20 horizontal casements with C19 fixed light to ground floor; C20 painted brick outshut under shallow pitched plain tile roof, C20 panelled and glazed door. INTERIOR: exposed timber-framing and ceiling beams; stone fireplace.
