Description
Ivy Croft is a cottage that features an early 19th-century front and a 17th-century core. It is constructed of brick with a slate roof and has a brick stack at the rear. The building stands two storeys high and has a three-window range with 19th-century two-light casements. The entrance is located to the centre left and consists of a plank door that is sheltered by a simple corrugated-iron hood. To the left of the entrance, there is one casement, and to the right, there are two casements, all set under brick segmental arches. The right side of the building has weatherboarding over the 17th-century timber-frame and plaster, along with a single-storey outshut. The left side features 20th-century weatherboarding over the 17th-century timber-frame and plaster. The interior has not been inspected.
