Description
Bury Cottages are a pair of cottages dating to the late 16th or early 17th century. They are timber-framed with brick infill, with a rubble bay at the rear. The roof is a Welsh slate twin gable, featuring a cross-ridge and a central brick stack. The cottages have a 2-unit, 4-bay plan and consist of a single storey and attic. They have a 2-window range, with 4-light casements in moulded surrounds, likely dating to the 19th or 20th century. Each gable has an entrance, with simple flat hoods above. A 2-light casement window is visible on the left-returned side, set within the painted rubble bay. The interiors have not been inspected.
