Description

This is an 18th-century house located in Newtown, Leominster. The house is constructed of painted brick with a Welsh slate roof and a 20th-century brick end stack on the right. It has two storeys and a four-window front. The windows are 20th-century aluminium casements set beneath segmental arches, with brick modillion eaves. The central left entrance is a 19th-century six-panel door within panelled reveals, sheltered by a 20th-century wood hood with a panelled soffit and a lead awning roof, supported by panelled pilasters, and set within a 20th-century porch. Three 20th-century aluminium windows are positioned beneath segmental arches. A brick and rubble wing with a slate roof and a brick end stack is located at the rear. The interior of the property has not been inspected.
