Description

Ivington Park is a hunting lodge, now functioning as a farmhouse. It features a late 19th-century front that incorporates a 17th-century core, along with some additions. The building is constructed of timber-frame and brick, currently roughcast, with a plain tile roof and a large rubble stack that has spurred composite brick chimneys. It stands two storeys high with an attic and has a four-window range, showcasing casements set in moulded cases. There is a gable over the staircase and three roof dormers, each with 2/2 casements.

The entrance is located to the left and consists of a part-glazed plank door within a moulded frame, sheltered by a wrought-iron trelliswork porch. To the left of the entrance is a casement window, while to the right is a small single-storey advanced wing featuring a canted bay window with casements and an additional casement. The late 19th-century wing to the left has a hipped plain tile roof and a row of 2-light casements.

On the right side, there is a temporarily blocked entrance. The rear of the building includes three 2-light casements in moulded cases, three 20th-century roof dormers in moulded cases to the right, and a central 3-light casement in a moulded case, with a doorway to the left. There is also a 3-light casement and a reduced brick stack at the rear of the wing. The interior has not been inspected.
