Headstones in the Churchyard of the Church of St Giles, South of Church
A collection of 32 headstones, mainly in slate, dating from the 18th and early 19th centuries, located in the churchyard at Cropwell Bishop.
The headstones are recorded from east to west as follows:

Small rectangular headstone, very ornate, to William Felstead, died 1759. Signed by J. Sparrow.

Shaped, delicate headstone to John, son of John and Ann Briggs, died 1794. Signed by Wood, Bingham.

Rectangular, delicate headstone to Francis German and Ann his wife, died 1771 and 1790 respectively.

Small shaped, ornate headstone to John and Thomas, sons of Thomas and Ann German, died 1778 aged 17 years and 1782 aged 19 years. Signed by Brown.
