FLINTHAM MAIN STREET SK 7446 and SK 7445 (north side) 8/88 and 10/88 Tundyleas Farmhouse and adjoining outbuildinq

Farmhouse. Early and mid C18. Brick and coursed rubble. Timber framed rear wing. Pantile roofs. Brick plinth. Rebated eaves. 3 gable stacks. Single and 2 storeys. 2 bays wide. L-plan. Street front has gabled wing to left. To right, close boarded door with segmental head. To its right, margin light sash. Above, a similar sash and lead insurance plaque. In return angle, Yorkshire sash with segmental head. Above, C20 casement. Rear elevation has small casement and C20 door. Return angle has C20 casement and above, Yorkshire sash. Rear wing has C20 door and flanking light, and to right, door. Adjoining single storey stables, brick with pantile roof, late C19, has 3 stable doors flanked by single casements, irregularly spaced. To right again, brick pigsty, late C19. West side has a Yorkshire sash on each floor. Rear wing has 4 bay posts (one complete) and cambered tie beam with struts. Mid C19 principal rafter roof with struts. House has winder stair, fireplace bressumer and span beams with stops.
