Description

This is a pair of gate piers dating from the late 18th century, located at the entrance to Thrumpton Hall Drive, 13 meters south of the barn and outbuilding at Thrumpton House. The gate piers are constructed from red brick and feature ashlar quoins and moulded ashlar coping. They are included in the listing for their group value, although Thrumpton House itself is not part of this listing.
