Description

This pair of gate piers, located immediately southeast of Lodge Hill House, dates from the early 19th century. They are made of ashlar and are square in plan, featuring plinth mouldings, cornices, and low pyramidal caps. The wrought-iron gates are a 20th-century replacement. These gate piers are included for their group value.
