Description

Laburnum Cottage is a cottage built in 1828, constructed from red brick with an ashlar plinth and a slate roof. It features a single central ridge red brick stack, decorative bargeboards with pendant finials, and dentil eaves. The building is two storeys high and has three bays. The doorway, located on the left, has a plank door, and there are two Yorkshire sash windows beside it. Above, there are two smaller sash windows of a similar style. The right gable displays a plaque inscribed "FEW 1828."
