Description
The former kitchen garden walls, located approximately 150 metres northeast of Norwood Park, date from the mid-18th century and were altered around 1987. Constructed of brick with a flat stone coping, the walls have an irregular five-sided plan. The southeast side features a central gateway that was enlarged in 1987, flanked by square piers topped with ball finials. To the left of the gateway is a doorway with a segmental head. The northwest wall includes a ramped coping and two wall stacks that were associated with former potting sheds. This wall also has two casements, with a door featuring a segmental head to the left and two doors to the right. Further to the right, there is a larger pair of double doors.
