Description
No. 12 Lombard Street is a former public house, now used as offices, dating from the late 18th century. The ground floor was rebuilt in the late 20th century. The building is constructed of brick and features a pantile roof. It has a plinth, a first floor band, rebated eaves, renewed coped gables, and two gable stacks. The structure is three storeys high and has a three-window range of glazing bar sashes, with the central window being smaller and all having segmental heads. Above this, there is similar fenestration with smaller windows that have flat heads. The ground floor includes a central glazed door with an overlight, flanked by single three-light casements, all dating from the 20th century.
