Description
No. 10 Lombard Street is a house that has been converted into offices. It dates from the late 18th century and was partly refenestrated in the late 19th century. The building is constructed of brick with stone dressings and features a steep pitched slate roof. It has first and second floor bands, moulded brick eaves, coped gables, and two gable stacks. The windows have segmental heads and the building is designed in an L-plan.
It stands three storeys high and has a five-window range of glazing bar sashes. Above this, there are five smaller windows, which include two glazing bar sashes and three two-light casements. The central entrance features a two-leaf fielded panelled door with plain jambs and a glazing bar overlight. To the left of the door is a round-headed scraper. The entrance is topped with a plain open pediment supported by small brackets. On either side of the door, there are two glazing bar sashes, with the lower lights reglazed with single panes.
