Description

Bartique is a house that has been converted into a shop. It dates from the mid-18th century, with alterations made in the late 18th century and late 19th century. The building is roughcast with a slate roof and features brick coped gables. It stands three storeys high and has a single window range. The front of the building includes a central tripartite glazing bar sash window, with two smaller three-light casement windows above it. There is a full-width wooden shopfront from the late 19th century, which has a cornice, a panelled stallboard, and a recessed central door.
