Description
The Pavilion is a house that has been converted into a shop. It dates from the late 18th century to the early 19th century and underwent alterations in the mid-20th century. The building is constructed of brick with a stucco front and has a pantile roof. It features a single rear wall and single ridge stacks. The structure has two storeys and a two-window front, with two glazing bar sashes. To the right, there is a recessed mid-20th century shopfront, and to the left, a round-headed opening leads to Bull Yard.
At the rear, which faces Bull Yard, there is a two-storey colourwashed range on the right with cogged eaves and a blind first floor. Below this, there are two fixed lights with glazing bars. On the left, a taller two-storey range from the late 18th century features dentilled eaves. There are small casements at either end, with the right-hand one blocked. An off-centre door is located on the left, accompanied by two casements to its right.
