Description
Sutton Windmill is a windmill built around 1814. It is constructed of tarred brick and features a stepped brick plinth, along with cogged and rebated eaves. The windmill has a round battered tower that consists of five stages. The windows are unglazed and have segmental heads. The first stage includes a door on the east side, also with a segmental head. Each stage of the windmill has a single window on both the north and south sides. Inside, the windmill contains main structural timbers.
