Description

This is an early 19th-century house, later converted into flats, located on Pelham Street, Newark on Trent. The building is constructed of brick with stone dressings and has a pantile roof, including a catslide at the rear. It features cogged eaves and two gable stacks. The three-storey facade has a three-window arrangement. The central bay has a blank space, with a 20th-century casement window to the left and a sash window with glazing bars to the right, both with segmental heads. Above, a central blank space is flanked by smaller sash windows with glazing bars. Below, a central fielded six-panel door with a fanlight is flanked by a 20th-century casement window to the left and a sash window with glazing bars to the right, both with segmental heads. To the right of the door is an ogee scraper.
