Description
23 and 25 Pelham Street are a pair of houses built around 1800, with some alterations made in the late 20th century. They are constructed from brick with stone dressings and have a pantile roof. The houses feature cogged eaves and two gable stacks. They are two storeys high and have three windows across the front, all with segmental heads. The central window is a glazing bar sash, flanked by two larger sashes, one of which is a late 20th-century replica. The central entrance is round-headed and has a close boarded door, with larger glazing bar sashes on either side, the right one being a 20th-century addition. Below the windows, there are segment-headed cellar lights.
