Description

This ice house, located approximately 630 meters east of Norwood Park, dates from the mid-18th century and was restored in 1988. It is constructed of brick and features a segment-headed entrance that is flanked by plain buttresses topped with flat concrete caps. The interior consists of an egg-shaped chamber that is covered by an earth mound.
