Description

MANSFIELD WOODHOUSE STATION STREET SK 5363 SE (north side) Nos. 82 and 84 6/68 II House. Early C18. Refronted early C19. Snecked ashlar and dressed stone. Concrete tile roof. Ashlar dressings. Moulded eaves and coped gables with kneelers. 2 gable and single ridge stacks. 3 storeys, 3 bays. Windows are C19 leaded casements. South front has off-centre double panelled door in chamfered surround with large scrolled foliate brackets to hood. To left, 2 and to right single casements. Above, 2 casements. To their right, slate sundial. To right again, a casement. Above, 3 smaller casements, that to right partially blocked. West gable has, above again, half-round opening inserted in blocked window. East gable has, above again, a round opening.
